To apply for a refund, the buyer must submit their request through the platform, clearly explaining the issue with the delivered work.
Once the 5-day window has passed, no refund requests will be accepted, except under special circumstances determined by Selflance.
Buyers have 5 days after delivery to review and accept the order. If the buyer does not accept or request revisions within 5 days, the order will be considered completed automatically.
If the buyer is unsatisfied with the order, they can apply for revisions within the 5-day period. The companies and freelancers will then have the chance to make the requested changes.
If no action is taken within 5 days of delivery, the order is automatically accepted, and no further revisions or complaints can be made.
